Smart bus fleet technology with around the clock monitoring capabilities

The Dubai Center for Special Needs (DCSN) emerged in the late 1970s from modest beginnings. Since the center’s founding, the Board of Governors and administration have worked diligently towards improving child welfare to become the best Special Needs center in the region. The establishment’s highly qualified team provides each student with tailored, multimodal education and rehabilitation.

The Bus Monitoring System

DCSN saw an opportunity to use technological advancement by implementing a monitoring system in the bus fleet. Behavioural surveillance would reassure DCSN, parents, and guardians about children’s safety. The DCSN recognized the importance of a system that would assess and prevent potentially dangerous bus trips. The monitoring system provided an extra layer of protection by recording any transit incidents, allowing DCSN staff to respond quickly if needed.

The Impact on Education & Wellbeing

The enhanced safety measures brought about by the introduction of the bus monitoring system have had a positive effect on student well-being within the center itself.
